Mr. Latte
A Freelance Software Development Expert Who Plans and Ships Products
I’m a Seoul-based freelance software development expert who works across planning, development, and launch. Founders, teams, and businesses can hire me for product work. I do more than implement features: I define the problem, narrow the MVP, design the user flow, and take the product through build and launch.
Since 2002, I have worked across web, mobile, and cloud products for startups, established companies, and my own self-initiated services. I also keep up closely with new technology shifts and have practical experience applying AI to product features, automation, and development workflows. I am intentionally repositioning my work around a clearer identity: a freelance software development expert who can also frame the problem, define the MVP, and carry the product into launch.
What I Do
- Problem framing and MVP scoping - Turn early ideas into a concrete product boundary and a realistic first release.
- User flow and information architecture - Clarify where users enter, decide, convert, and return.
- Full-stack implementation and launch - Build across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and operations.
- Technology trend and AI application review - Evaluate where new technology or AI actually creates product value instead of noise.
- Product and engineering reviews - Identify bottlenecks in structure, execution, and technical decision-making.

Ideas Lab
When a good product idea comes to mind, I publish it as writing. The point is not only to show finished outcomes, but also to keep a record of what problems catch my attention and why.
