I’m a Seoul-based freelance software development expert who works across planning, development, and launch. Founders, teams, and businesses can hire me for product work. I do more than implement features: I define the problem, narrow the MVP, design the user flow, and take the product through build and launch.
Since 2002, I have worked across web, mobile, and cloud products for startups, established companies, and my own self-initiated services. I also keep up closely with new technology shifts and have practical experience applying AI to product features, automation, and development workflows. I am intentionally repositioning my work around a clearer identity: a freelance software development expert who can also frame the problem, define the MVP, and carry the product into launch.
What I Do
- Problem framing and MVP scoping - Turn early ideas into a concrete product boundary and a realistic first release.
- User flow and information architecture - Clarify where users enter, decide, convert, and return.
- Full-stack implementation and launch - Build across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and operations.
- Technology trend and AI application review - Evaluate where new technology or AI actually creates product value instead of noise.
- Product and engineering reviews - Identify bottlenecks in structure, execution, and technical decision-making.

Built Products
Products I planned and shipped myself. Most of them I still run today.
- InverseOne - Surfaces the stocks that look poised to rise each day across KR/US markets. An expectation score, blending upside room (recovery to the 52-week high), oversold position, value, and money direction, ranks the candidates, and each stock shows why it made the list. The underlying sector/stock money flow rides along as the evidence; deep multi-day flow trends unlock with a credit. Estimated indicators, not investment advice.
- Reputo - A multilingual career exploration site that converts vague job names into real-person growth paths, ordered preparation steps, and honest reality. Content production runs on an AI pipeline.
- StartupXO - One search bar to explore ideas, news, and talent simultaneously. AI generates fresh ideas daily, RSS-sourced news is auto-translated into ko/en/ja and deployed, and a Telegram-connected talent deck is available alongside.
- Typdit - Anonymous short-form text platform that publishes not only the finished post but the typing process itself, every pause, deletion, and revision.
- DeepThought - Open in the browser, structure thinking in seconds, publish the result as a link, and let other people fork it into their own draft. Zero install, free, with browser-side AI assistance.
- BootSignal - A drop-in tool workshop that endlessly adds the small tools any website needs. Free visitor tools (QR generator, D-day calculator, lorem ipsum) and paid embed widgets (countdown, announcement bar, share buttons, comments, ratings, feedback), all in one line. Embed widgets use per-site credit subscriptions from your shared mrlatte wallet.
- Out of Sandbox - A discovery directory for new products and services. On top of approval-based submission, a concept showcase, and a community board, a YC-style company directory introduces the companies behind products and their flagship work. In ko/en/ja/zh-cn.
- DoYouBox - Psychological tests, personality quizzes and balance games built for teens and twenty-somethings, designed to be shared on messengers and social and spread virally. A soy-milk-flavored test curation service benchmarked on Poomang, in Korean, English, Japanese and Chinese.
