What It Is

Bunnkr is a discovery service for flipping through singers' official shorts and original photo shoots. You enter viewing from the discovery home, pick your favorite in a taste game where eight shots face off, and compare the result with friends. A separate miniroom lets you keep music playing while you decorate a room.

The Problem

Short videos and photos are everywhere, and so is the fatigue of choosing what to watch. Endless feeds end with nothing but scrolling, and nothing records which of the things you saw were actually your taste. Even when you want to talk taste with friends, there is no reason to look at the same screen together.

Bunnkr turned choosing itself into play. A tournament that leaves one of eight reveals your taste, and sending the same bracket to a friend lets you compare each other's picks.

1. Discovery home: tap whatever catches your eye on a home page where singers' official shorts and original shoots sit in separate rows.
2. Watch: flip through shorts and photos in a vertical feed, and keep viewing shoots by mood.
3. Taste game: make seven picks from an eight-shot bracket until one remains.
4. Share the result: send the result page to a friend, who joins with the same bracket and compares with the sender's pick at the end.
5. Miniroom: keep music playing while choosing and decorating a room.

Product Decisions

• Make choosing the play: instead of an endless feed, the entrance is a tournament where every pick leaves a result.
• Sharing leads to joining: the first button on a result page joins the same bracket, so a friend does not just look at the result but makes their own picks from the same bracket.
• Real singers and originals never mix: singer photos and original shoots never share a grid and are kept in separate lists, so real people and original characters are never confused.
• Introduce only confirmed facts: singer profiles use only collected facts, and groups without a group photo show members' photos separately. A group with only some members confirmed is never presented as complete.
• Records stay on the device first: recent games and saved photos stay in the browser without signing in. Even in a browser that blocks storage, the current game can be finished.

Revenue Model

• Miniroom credits: paid rooms and parts are unlocked with the family's shared credits. Signing up gives 2 credits.
• Ads: ad slots sit on the miniroom's TV screen and within the shoot gallery. In the gallery, an ad appears only after at least six photos have been shown.

• What share of people who start a taste game from the discovery home finish all the picks.
• Whether friends who receive a share join the same bracket and go on to compare.
• Whether people who enjoy the taste game and gallery move on to decorate a room in the miniroom.
