Game saves
Your best score and stars for each song, your language, screen effects and timing settings, and whether you finished the tutorial are stored on your device. The music, charts and covers of songs you download are stored on your device too, and older files are deleted automatically when a song is updated. These records are not sent to a game server. Song downloads
Songs are not bundled with the app; they download the first time you pick them. When the app starts it fetches the song list, and it downloads a song's music and chart only when you pick that song. The files are public files that Mr. Latte hosts on Google Firebase Storage, and the app does not send an account or device identifier with these downloads. As with any internet request, Google processes connection information such as your IP address to deliver the files. Downloaded songs play without an internet connection.
Advertising data
On Android, an interstitial ad may appear when you finish a song and return from the results screen to the song list. Ads start from the second song and appear only once every few songs. No ads appear while you play or pause a song, or when you choose to retry from the results screen. There are no rewarded ads or purchases, and every song can be played for free.
We use Google AdMob and Google's consent tools to prepare and show ads. The advertising SDK may collect and share approximate location inferred from your IP address; interactions such as app launches and ad taps; performance and diagnostic information; and device identifiers such as the advertising ID and app set ID. These are used for advertising, measurement, analytics and fraud prevention. Ads may be prepared in advance while you use the app. Whether ads are requested and which information is processed depend on your region, consent status and device settings. User data transmitted by the advertising SDK is encrypted using TLS.
The game applies under-age-of-consent treatment to every ad request, so personalized advertising is not used, and limits ad content to a PG rating. We do not collect dates of birth.

Privacy choices
Where consent is required, Google's consent screen appears before ads are requested. When advertising privacy options are available, an Ad privacy button appears in the game settings, where you can change your choices. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in Android's privacy and advertising settings.
App updates
When installed from Google Play, the app uses Google Play's in-app update feature at launch to check for a newer version. Google Play handles this check and the update download; the game does not collect any information during this process.
Music and artwork
Songs use music by Kevin MacLeod (incompetech.com) licensed under CC BY 4.0. Artwork is bundled with the app. The game does not request microphone, photo or contacts access.
Support and your rights
If you email us, we use your reply address and the information you provide to answer and resolve your request. Support records are kept for as long as needed to handle the request. Contact hello@mrlatte.net to request access, correction or deletion, or to ask about data processing. You can delete local game records and songs through Android's app storage controls. Use Google's privacy controls to manage advertising data held by Google.
