Greenfield build of a large game publishing and operations platform under NDA. I lead the entire product end-to-end — operations console, backend services, and shared infrastructure — owning design, implementation, and operational decisions as a single contributor.

Operations console (admin dashboards and UI)
- Revenue aggregation/analysis dashboards and key metric pages
- User management (search, restore, Excel export, identity verification)
- Abusive user blocking and sanction management
- Creator/partner operations (grades, approval, settlement, external platform integrations)
- Community operations (blocks, reports, banned words, event participation)

Product-lead perspective
Contracts between the operations console and backend services, module boundaries, infrastructure choices, and operator workflows were all designed and coordinated together. The result is a platform designed as one product from day one, not parts stitched together after the fact.
