Multi-year partnership on an internal HR and collaboration platform under NDA. Starting from legacy modernization in 2021, continuing through collaboration-platform migration and policy-feature expansion.
What I built
2021–2022: Legacy HR system re-platform
- Progressive migration to React, GraphQL, and TypeScript
- Approval workflow performance improvements
- Operational process automation (appraisal/HR daemons, recipient management)
- Legacy browser compatibility support
2023: Collaboration platform migration
- Migrated attendance and scheduling workflows from the legacy HR system to the collaboration platform
- Messenger bot integration (org chart, attendance, notification APIs)
- Attendance check, flexible-hours, and approval flows
- Modernized org-info management
2024–2025: Policy feature expansion
- Appraisal, payroll, and leave-policy feature expansion
- Permission-management improvements
- Policy notification automation (refresh leave, annual leave, condolence history)
- Security data-handling additions
