Internal HR and Collaboration Platform (Multi-Year Partnership)

Multi-year partnership on an internal HR and collaboration platform under NDA. Starting from legacy modernization in 2021, continuing through collaboration-platform migration and policy-feature expansion.

What I built

2021–2022: Legacy HR system re-platform

  • Progressive migration to React, GraphQL, and TypeScript
  • Approval workflow performance improvements
  • Operational process automation (appraisal/HR daemons, recipient management)
  • Legacy browser compatibility support

2023: Collaboration platform migration

  • Migrated attendance and scheduling workflows from the legacy HR system to the collaboration platform
  • Messenger bot integration (org chart, attendance, notification APIs)
  • Attendance check, flexible-hours, and approval flows
  • Modernized org-info management

2024–2025: Policy feature expansion

  • Appraisal, payroll, and leave-policy feature expansion
  • Permission-management improvements
  • Policy notification automation (refresh leave, annual leave, condolence history)
  • Security data-handling additions
  • Ongoing maintenance and operational support
